Data Platform Teams consist of 2-6 people that together have all the knowledge and the skills to complete the tasks at hand. We know that projects change during their lifetime as does the business needs. That’s why our teams are prepared to dynamically transition between our different designations by adding new competence or replacing skills unused skills with more relevant for the tasks at hand.

Our different teams are categorized as follows:

Environment Team
This is the team that makes the environment running smoothly, they take care of the servers, instances and the databases. They are able to advise and execute solutions in for instance areas related to security, hardware, schedules, backups and database integrity.

Development Team
The Development Team has years of experience when it comes to T-SQL and how to make the best use of the SQL Server environment. If needed they also are skillful in the other tools of the Microsoft stack, such as SSIS, .NET, Blazor, C#, Azure DevOps and Git.

Performance Team
A custom team of experts from all of the other teams. The members are picked when the type of tuning is determined (index / IOPS / Azure etc.) but when needs change, the team will change too. This means that you always will get the perfect match for your specific server, database and application.

Analytics Team
This is where data from your other sources meet and starts to make sense. They are broader in knowledge related to the Microsoft stack while still having a deep knowledge of the tools of the trade. Their experience is based on the Development Team, bud adds Fabric, Python, PowerBI Synapse Analytics, Data Factory among others.
